Our vision of a safer Strathclyde drives our performance in every area and at every level of our Service. It sets our work agenda and fuels the work of each and every member of our staff.

Our performance is delivered through our Corporate Planning Framework, which sets out what each part of our organisation will do to deliver that Vision for Strathclyde.

Our progress against the objectives set out within the framework is the subject of close scrutiny and will be measured against defined Performance Indicators.
