Mr Brian Sweeney QFSM D.Univ.,MA Complaints and Feedback In the event that you are dis-satisfied with how your request for information was managed and you wish to make a complaint, then your correspondence should be addressed to our Complaints Officer who is responsible for any complaints regarding Freedom of Information.
Area Commander If you are not satisfied with the assistance received from SFR's Complaints Officer, and we have not been able to resolve your complaint using SFR's complaints procedure then you have the right to appeal to the Office of the Scottish Information Commissioner. This is the organisation that ensures compliance with the Freedom of Information Act 2002 and they deal with formal complaints.
