At work

Our Fire Safety at Work section provides advice on avoiding fire in the workplace, as well guidance on the rules and responsibilities associated with the Fire Scotland Act.

Find out more about the law and your duties and make sure you and your staff know what to do if fire starts.

Young people

Our Young People section has been designed to teach fire safety in a fun and interesting way.

For under 11s, we have picture books and activities to get the fire safety message through and for older children, our Young Firefighters and Fire Reach programmes offer a taste of life in the fire service.
