Planning ahead for the weekend

Renfrewshire & Inverclyde Doors Open Weekend Events

As part of the Open Doors Weekend being held across Renfrewshire and Inverclyde Council areas, Strathclyde Fire & Rescue are opening up their local community fire stations to the public.

In previous years, these events have been a great success with both members of the public and our operational crews.

Why not put these dates in your diary and come along and join in the fun!  All open days will run between 11am and 4pm.

Paisley Community Fire Station - Saturday 10th September

Greenock Community Fire Station  - Saturday 10th September 

Johnstone Community Fire Station  - Sunday 11th September

Renfrew Community Fire Station - Sunday 11th September

In addition to fire service displays, there will also be visits from community partners such as the Ambulance, Strathclyde Police, HM Coastguard and Trossachs Search & Rescue dogs.

There will be plenty to keep the kids occupied ranging from childrens rides, games, competitions and other fun activities.
