DAVID BLUE
David graduated from Paisley University with an honours degree in Media Technology in 2002 and has worked with SF&R since February 2004. His remit is mainly concerned with the creation of interactive computer training, but occasionally extends into other areas of multimedia. (David worked in collaboration with Joe Tinney and David Scott to produce the website you are currently viewing.)
Recent projects have included a multimedia package on Search in Collapsed Structures for the USAR team (which has been distributed nationally in the UK), an induction presentation for the Human Resources Directorate, and Manual Handling for the Health & Safety Department.
He previously worked in reprographics (Xerox) and telecommunications (Cable & Wireless and Scottish Telecom) before upgrading his skills to seek employment in the ever-expanding world of digital media.
David’s interests include music, trying to keep fit and travel (he’s been to Italy and the Holland in the last few months).
