Meet the Team
The Diversity Team is based at Strathclyde Fire & Rescue Headquarters in Hamilton, and currently has 3 members of staff.

Both the Board of Strathclyde Fire & Rescue and SFR are committed to actively promoting the delivery of true equality and fairness. In doing so, we are playing our part in ensuring that no employee, including future employees, will be subjected to behaviour which might create an offensive and intimidating atmosphere within the workplace.

Fairness, equality and diversity are essential to the successful operation of SFR as a public service. To that end, in December 2001, SFR launched a new Equal Opportunities Policy (currently under review).
