Fire Awareness

• Dangers and misconceptions of fire

Causes of Fire

• Common causes relating to particular premises and work activity

Means of Escape

• Importance of clear routes and use of fire doors before and during an emergency

Generic Fire Procedure

• Action to be taken in the event of a fire

First Aid Firefighting

• Appreciation of when it is "safe" to use portable fire extinguishing media and media limitations

Other Details:

Duration: 1 hour.

Location: Client premises (on site) or SFR Training Centre.

Group Size: Maximum group size 30 people.

Cost: £274 Per Course.

Equipment/Facilities required for on-site lecture

• Suitable lecture room
• Clear presentation area 2 metres x 2 metres
• Safe power supply within 3 metres of presentation area
• Projector, screen or white wall desirable but not essential
