Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006
Since the introduction of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005, employers now have a duty to carry out a Fire Risk Assessment.
This course has been specially designed to carry out a suitable and sufficient Fire Risk Assessment as required by law.
The course will, however, only assist those already experienced in risk assessment to embark on risk assessing premises.
