Shift Patterns
There are a variety of working patterns within the Operations
Support Centre but as a Firefighter (Control) you will work a
rotating shift pattern including weekends and public
holidays.
Working a standard 42-hour working week you will be expected to
commit to a variety of shifts. The shift patterns include:
- Midshift pattern, 10am - 10pm (for 4 days in a row followed by
4 rest days).
- 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 Rest Days Pattern (Day shift: 7.45am -
5.45pm, Nightshifts: 5.45pm - 7.45am the following morning)
Whilst on duty you are required to remain within the complex at
all times.
