Join us as Support Staff
Like any large organisation, we employ a number of people in
various professions all with one thing in common: We save lives and
protect property and the environment.
Whilst firefighting and attending other emergency incidents is
the most recognised part of what we do, we know we could not
achieve this without the right support functions in place to
provide the systems, processes and technology to help our front
line employees deliver a vital service to our communities.
We have a variety of roles ranging from clerical staff, cooks
and drivers with a starting salary of around £11k to IT
professionals earning around £28k and senior management roles
earning £50k+.
We have 6 functions within our structure known as
"Directorates". As well as employing a range of professionals, all
are supported by highly skilled clerical and administrative
staff.
