SFR considers the development of our people a worthwhile
investment and one of our key aims is to ensure the right
development opportunities are available at the right time and are
provided in the right way.
We recognise that it can be difficult to leave the workplace to
attend training courses. Also, people learn most effectively in
many different ways, therefore, one of our goals is to make
learning and development opportunities as flexible and accessible
as possible. In recognition of this, a great deal of focus is
placed on providing the tools and resources that enable and support
the self-development process.
SFR's Continuous Learning Framework sets out what our people
will need now and in the future in order to carry out their roles
to greatest effect. Learning and development processes and
technology are advancing fast and SFR wishes to embrace and utilise
these advancements and opportunities to our greatest advantage. The
framework provides an enriched and proactive approach to learning
and development, career development, career pathways and improved
standards of practice.
